Accessible loading states are product work, not polish

A loading state tells a user what the system believes is happening. That is product language, not a decorative gap filler.

I would love examples of teams treating loading, failure, and empty states as first-class UI flows instead of a last sprint pass.

We now write the empty state with the feature requirements. It forces a better question: if there is nothing here, what is the best useful next action?
